Welcome to Bloom Tutoring, operated by Jonah Saba (ABN: 89965443356) (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide private tutoring, group classes, and educational resources. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Bloom Tutoring

Bloom Tutoring is an Australian tutoring service offering:

  • One-on-one tutoring

  • Group classes

  • Educational resources

2. Enrolment

2.1. Enrolment is confirmed upon payment or registration.
2.2. All bookings and memberships are non-transferable.
2.3. If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and assume responsibility for all fees.
2.4. We may refuse or terminate enrolment if:

  • Fees are unpaid

  • False information is provided

  • These Terms are breached

3. Fees & Payments

3.1. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3.2. Payment must be made prior to services commencing.
3.3. Pricing may change at any time for future bookings.
3.4. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
4.2. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
4.3. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases such as illness.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. No refunds are provided for completed sessions.
5.2. For packages or subscriptions:

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • No refunds apply to the current billing period

6. Delivery of Services

6.1. Services may be delivered:

  • Online

  • In-person

  • Via resources

6.2. We may reschedule sessions due to illness, availability, or technical issues.
6.3. Recordings may be provided but are not guaranteed.

7. Student Conduct

7.1. Students must behave respectfully.
7.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All Bloom Tutoring materials are for personal use only.
8.2. You must not copy, share, or distribute materials without permission.
8.3. All intellectual property remains the property of Bloom Tutoring.

9. Privacy

9.1. We handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
9.2. Information may be used to deliver services and improve offerings.

10. Online Sessions & Recordings

10.1. Sessions may be recorded for quality, safety, and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to such recordings unless otherwise agreed.
10.2. While reasonable steps are taken, full cyber security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Academic Disclaimer

11.1. We provide educational support only.
11.2. We do not guarantee:

  • Grades

  • ATAR results

  • Exam outcomes

11.3. Results depend on student effort and external factors.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Tutoring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the resupply of services or a refund of the affected service, at our discretion.

13. Child Safety

13.1. We are committed to a safe learning environment.
13.2. Tutors maintain appropriate clearances where required.
13.3. Professional boundaries are upheld at all times.

14. Website Use

You must not misuse our website, systems, or booking platforms. We may restrict access where misuse occurs.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
